Steps To Getting Your Virtual Tour of Your Home:

• Contact us to arrange a date/time.  Between the hours of 11am-3pm work best.

• Before a photographer comes out, please have your home clean as if you were doing an open house.  Also put any valuables out of sight.

• On the day the photographer arrives, photographing will take 30-60 minutes depending on the home. Having pets/people out of the way makes things easier and quicker for the photographer and you.

• Within 48 hours your virtual tour will be ready for you to preview. If you are satisfied then your tour will be published for the public.

Steps To Getting Your Virtual Tour of Your Project or Office:

• Contact us to arrange a date and time.  If the project is outside just about any time during daylight hours will work.  If inside we will be happy to visit the location and determine what is the best time of day for the available light.

• If you want workers in the picture, nothing has to be done.  If you want the picture void of people, please arrange for all workers to be off site.

• Photographing will take about 45 minutes depending on the actual area to be photographed.

• Within 48 hours your virtual tour will be ready for you to preview. If you are satisfied then your tour will be published for the public.

 * Payment is due at the time of photographing. Cash, check or money order are accepted. If you are dissatisfied a refund will be issued.
